Welcome to the Coach Stop Function Department

Thank you for considering the Coach Stop for your upcoming event. We offer a wide variety of menus and accommodations for groups up to sixty-five

The Coach Stop offers three menu categories. Groups of 10 to 20, your guests may order off of our extensive dinner menu served in a private dining room. For groups of 15 to 65, we present a set menu offering your guests a limited selection at a set price. For groups 30 to 50, we offer full buffet service. The links at the side of the page give you a sampling of our function menus. These menus may be altered to fit your specific needs.

Please contact our function coordinators to discuss your event. We look forward to serving as your host.

Hors D’Oeuvres

General Information:

Room Rentals / Room Assignments:

Rooms are reserved for private gatherings of 10-65 guests. The room assignments are based upon your anticipated number of guests. If there are any fluctuations in the number of attendees, we reserve the right to reassign the rooms accordingly. Room rental fees may apply to those groups serving hors d’ouevres only and/or utilizing the room for meeting purposes only.

Billing and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is expected in full at the time of your event. American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as a personal or business check that is drawn on a NH bank. No deposit is required to reserve a room for your event.

Food and Beverage Policy:

Food and beverage is not permitted to be brought into the restaurant or function from outside. The only exception to this would be a cake celebrating the event. Any food remaining from a buffet style function will not be permitted to leave the premises. Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those who appear to be intoxicated, who are under 21 years old or for any other reason deemed necessary by management.

Taxes / Services Charges:

Presently, all functions are subject to an 9% New Hampshire state meals tax and a 20% service charge.

Food and Beverage Policy:

Please speak with our banquet coordinator for availability as contract times vary.

Contracted Times:

You are welcome to decorate our rooms for your event. However we do not allow tacks or tape on the walls, confetti, or birdseed. You are responsible for removing ALL decorations prior to your departure at the end of your event.

Decorating:

Clients of the Coach Stop are responsible for conduct of all persons in attendance as well as any property mistakenly or deliberately removed from the Restaurant premises.
